How are the Shipping Charges calculated?
Quite simply by weight, this is the most cost-effective for you as the Customer.
You will be given the total Shipping Cost (if any), at the Checkout stage
before making any payment. Please keep in mind that Printed items can be heavy.
General Basis for Shipping
For items weighing up to 4Kg - standard Royal Mail First Class Service*.
For items weighing over 4Kg - Courier Service, 1 - 2 Working Day Delivery.
* Subject to items and quantities ordered we may choose to give a complimentary
upgrade to a Courier Service.
For large orders a bulk
delivery charge can be negotiated depending on the product required, please
contact us for a quotation.

Delivery Times
We aim to process all orders on the day of receipt, if received before 2 pm
Monday-Friday. We then aim to deliver within 48 hours for stock items i.e.
Consumables or within 7 working days for Printed items. On the rare occasion
that a product is unexpectedly out of stock or sold out, we will contact you
as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery.
Separate Delivery Address Option
Most packages can either be too large for a standard size letterbox or
may even require a signature if delivered by Courier. It causes unnecessary
delays if packages cannot be delivered for either reason. We recommend that
you give a separate delivery address where someone will be available to receive
the goods. If our Courier has to keep trying to redeliver your package with
no success additional surcharges may be payable. If you have any particular
delivery requirements please add them in the comments area when you proceed
to Checkout and we will endeavour to carry them out.
Complaint Handling
If you have a complaint please contact us in writing, quoting your Order Number
and any other relevant details. We aim to respond to and resolve all complaints
within 48hrs of receipt. We will never take longer than 5 working days to
acknowledge any complaint.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from BST-online.co.uk.
However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods
to us. Please always quote your Order Number as this is unique to your order.
Please contact us before sending items back.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If your goods are faulty on arrival,
you have 28 days to inform us of the fault (please note that for business
customers, this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us and the fault
has been verified, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment
method.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit,
we request that you report it to us within 2 days. If goods are visibly damaged
on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged
goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to you via
your original payment method or replace the items, whichever us preferred.
If you have changed your mind
If you have simply changed your mind
about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the
Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this
decision within 7 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used
and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us still in their original packaging
and also wrapped in paper to protect from Courier/Royal Mail labels
etc. in order to maintain a resaleable condition. Once you’ve informed
us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at
your own expense. Once goods are received at BST-online.co.uk, we’ll issue
a refund for the cost of the goods (but not for the Carriage) to your original
payment method.
