What are the Sales Enquiry Line Opening
Times?
To be able to offer you, the customer, the most efficient
and low cost service we no longer have an enquiry
line. We can still be contacted using the Contact
Us page or email: info@bstprinters.com
Should you
experience any problems with placing an order via this website
please use the contact us form leaving a phone number (if you
wish) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We
apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but to offer
the best prices in a very competetive industry we are finding
this a necessary measure.
How secure are Card Payments? All
transactions on this site are processed using SSL, (Secure
Socket Layer), an encryption feature of software built into
web browsers, preventing access to information exchanged
between browser and server by anyone else. This protects the
transfer of credit card details to our server. On most PC’s
you will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser,
indicating that the pages are being displayed under SSL
encryption. Depending on your browser set up this may also
display the security alert: "You are about to view pages over
a secure connection, any information you exchange within this
site cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web."
Because we
use a Third Party Company (Protx) to process our Payments we
do not store any Payment Card information. Via Protx we can
refund payments but we cannot charge further payments to
cards.
What procedures are in place to prevent
potential Card transaction fraud? As a Protx
vendor we have 2 main services enabled to assess the
legitimacy of each Card transaction. They are Address
Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CV2).
Detailed checks will be carried out, including random
telephone verification.
AVS. The
Address Verification Service checks the cardholder’s address,
as entered at the point of order, to ascertain if the person
placing the transaction knows the true cardholder’s
address.
CV2. This
is the last 3 or 4 digit number found in the signature strip
of Credit and Debit Cards. In order to enter the correct
number the person placing the transaction must be in
possession of the Card.
Both of
these measures greatly reduce the risk of fraud from stolen
card numbers, such as carelessly disposed of receipts, which
is one of the most common methods of online fraud.

Envelope has the flap on the shortest edge and is a portrait
format.
